Msemen: It
is a very thin dough fried in oil and served with honey, butter or sweets.
Baghrir: It
is a type of small, porous pancakes, served with honey, butter, or sweets.
Zallouk: A
traditional dish based on chickpeas, tomatoes, onions and spices.
Seffa: A
sweet dish served on special occasions, consisting of vermicelli, butter, sugar
and cinnamon.
